UNLAWFUL TO USE THIS SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTS WITHOUT OUR LICENCE.  
WE ARE WILLING TO LICENCE USE OF SOFTWARE  AND DOUCMENTS FOR 31 
DAYS  IN TOTAL TO YOU ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL 
THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS LICENCE AGREEMENT.  PLEASE READ THIS 
LICENCE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING AND OR USING THIS

AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

products, modified or unmodified. All copyrights are property of One

are provided with a 5 day money back guarantee, however, in no event 
shall One World Learning Ltd or www.haccpweb.com be liable for any 
damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, 
incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of 
the use of or inability to use our products.

terms with no prior notice.
Law and Disputes
This agreement and all matters arising from it are governed by and 
construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland whose courts shall 
have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising in connection
