Many if not most computers accessing the internet have these features already installed in their computer. These features are freely available from various websites. For example Microsoft Internet Explorer (tm) is available for download from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx.

As a minimum, you must have Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0 or newer. This internet browser must be set up to allow for javascript, frames, applets and the Adobe flash plugin.

To prevent Hotmail from stopping important messages:

• Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic).
• Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail.
• Click Safe senders.
• Type the haccpweb.com on the Safe senders list in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: entry field.
• Click Add to List
