System Requirements:
Please note. The system requirements for accessing the HACCPweb services must be available on your computer before you can fully avail of the services. Many if not most computers accessing the internet have these features already installed in their computer. These features are freely available from various websites. For example Microsoft Internet Explorer (tm) is available for download from http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.mspx.
As a minimum, you must have

Microsoft Internet Explorer version MISE 6.0 or newer. This internet browser must be set up to allow for javascript, frames, applets and the macromedia flash plugin.

The service requires 56 K modem or higher access speed to the internet. Our system indicates that -

Your browser needs the Java download from http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp in order to run applets

Note for customers using hotmail.com; please ensure that haccpweb.com is listed on your safe senders list to avoid email correspondence from haccpweb.com being stopped.

To prevent Hotmail from stopping important messages: 

1. Select Options | More Options... from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar (or just Options if you use Windows Live Hotmail classic).
2. Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail.
3. Click Safe senders.
4. Type the haccpweb.com on the Safe senders list in the Sender or domain to mark as safe: entry field.
